i tried and i can't perform as well, i can put on the same results, but it gets me agitated

i have anxiety, so music or background noise will help keep away the ''useless'' thoughts, it is kind of a bad habit for me tho, i can't listen to music while on work, so i get agitated and as soon as i get off work i instantly put on some music

so, ye... it helps me concentrate on my drawings and other things
