i looked at the 1 star review she got, and it tells me that clients have to directly request from an assassin, if it gets rejected then they have to find another assassin and make the request from them. the organization is more like amazon or ebay for private sellers that just acts as a middleman hosting the site and making sure the transactions go smoothly for the customer.
