I regrettably watched this dumb millenial horror movie called Barbarian and there was a scene discussing male vs female privilege. A man and a woman were scammed into double-booking the same AirBNB, the man still let the woman in even though he got there first. She started talking about male privilege like not needing to be afraid if he was outside at night. He pointed out that if he was the one outside, she never would've let him in so how could that be male privilege. She said it's male privilege because men made women so afraid to begin with and that's why she's justified in being hypocritical. Then they made the man have a thoughtful look on his face like he just got owned, counter to all logic. This is how "those" people actually think.
