I’d say the cutoff is 5’7-5’8. That seems to be the natural cutoff in a lot of pressing sports anyway. Like Messi is considered the goat of soccer and he’s 5’7 and the shortest end of the spectrum for guys in the NFL is 5’7-5’8 especially at running back and corner/safety.
