It's basically this, you moved into what you thought was the cool artistic community that has meet ups every day in the alleyway between buildings. They would show up everyday put down their easels and canvases and painted and drew for the curious onlookers like a never ending street fair for artists .only realistically, at some point before you came here the Alleyway was invaded by drugged out bums begging for porn and getting belligerent and harassed them when no one wanted them. And a bunch of high school delinquents came and destroyed peoples stalls, threatened them and their safety until most of the artists left for other alleys.
