Noelle and Berdley's roles in chapter 2 along with Tori getting pulled into the dark world had me convinced that the townies were going to play a much bigger role in the story as the chapters went on with new party members and shit. I guess I am glad that Toby is doubling down on developing the party members we already had instead but I am still a bit bummed out by the "no it is just the deer girl who pops up every now and then for poorly written yuri scenes" prophecy stuff from chapter 4.
