The Kanzler-Akte (german: "Chancellor File") or Geheimer Staatsvertrag is a purported agreement made between West Germany and USA in 21 May 1949, two days before the Western Allies ratified a new german constitution, known as the “Basic Law” or Grundgesetz. Every new german Chancellor must sign this Geheimer Staatsvertrag, pledging loyalty to the US. The effect is total subjugation of Germany to the will of the amerigolem leadership, as it grants complete Allied control over education and all licensed media, press, radio, television and publishing houses until the year 2099.
This was confirmed by Major-General Gerd-Helmut Komossa, former head of German Military Intelligence in his book, “Die Deutsche Karte” or The German Map". He also states that Germany is not an independent country, that everyone knows East Germany was just a Soviet puppet, but West Germany was also a puppet, but for the mutt side. WIn the secret agreement signed with Shartland, West Germany gave up the control of their own gold to mutts, and Germany is not allowed to own it's own gold, all of it's gold is "stored" in Muttistan, which probably doesn't even exist in reality, must've been poached by kikes already.
