You're cherry picking. This is the most common phenotype on India proper. The overlywhelming majority of Indians live on the Gangetic plains in the North. Less developed and poorer than the South, but home to most of India's population. Comparing phenotypes, despite being far less well-nourished, given no access to decent pre-natal care, ungroomed, and far poorer. The Indic phenotype has far better balanced bone structure than the Arab one. No weird long mid-face, hook nose, or heavy eyelids
