Tbf, havent moved much on that front. since so far only you and Eibon were the ones mentioning about the boots, its probably i will just keep to set 1.

At least i managed to find a free muscley skin texture, and once i retexture the boots (since i do want to keep the design simple), i will go to export the model and go to the MMD modifying part.
