I imaged she was born in valenwood and traveled through cyrodiil until she eventually ended up in skyrim like that

idk but it should just werk if stuff is in \data\
under ">run" in mo2, you can create desktop shortcuts
creating one for skse should launch both mo2 and the game
but if you want to remove the mo2 startup time then manual installing is probably the only way(but redirecting/clearing the mo2 downloads folder helps startup time)

I recall a plugin/script which exported ur mo2 profile to the game folder so you can drop mo2 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21535
no clue how well it works but I don't think it's worth since mo2 is a yuge convenience since I when constantly add/remove/edit/creating mods
