Prison guards killed him because they hate pedos. Its very common in the system for guards to allow or participate in abusing sex offenders. the guards looking after epstein thought he was going to weasel his way out of a long prison sentence so they conspired to kill him. Maybe the guards gave epstein an ultimatum like either kill yourself or we're going to do it and it will be extremely painful.
