So yeah napalm burst has broken augments and sucks.
Sometimes it does 19.9% damage per tick and sometimes it does 20% damage per tick. This is determined per round so you might get rounds where napalm burst leaves zombies alive with a sliver of health, then other rounds where the burn damage kills them.
