little bonus: the field of pediatric cosmetic surgery EXISTS largely to try to fix the myriad number of overt deformities in young jews. most notably the ears, which can overtly bend downward at the top from bad genes. other deformities as well. even if you live in a relatively medium-sized town, I bet there's a few pediatric cosmetic surgeons. jews and fires are their bread and butter. but WAY more than not, it's trying to fix up jew kids to make them look human-enough to 'pass'. i'm talking about purely cosmetic surgery, too.
