Up untill now when I was losing weight I did weight training mostly to lose weight so I exclusively did high reps.
But training for strength is such a rush.
When swimming the water resistance almost feels like nothing compared to before.
I can feel my power rising, IT'S OVERFLOWING.
I want to get even stronger.
