Why do all these companies fall for the trap of openly admitting players/customers are unhappy with their product. Why do they think it's a wise PR move?
Not even from an angle of a simple "We hear you, we are looking into fixing it, it will take time so pls be patient." But always from a "HELP US GAMING JOURNALISTS, PLAYERS HATE US BECAUSE THEY THINK OUR GAME SSSUCKS."
After all the big multi-year, multi-hundred million dollar budget blow ups in the west, why would you want to invest in something like that.
