because in the long run his chimpout didn't accomplish much outside of derailing white supremicist/natonalist movements into becoming lone wolf larpfests. he had a massive inheritance that he blew on random trips abroad; he could have used that money to find/create a network of likeminded people and later buy some land (farming in NZ is profitable iirc). tarrant could have had a wealthy support network by now (perhaps even some families with kids) that he could use to wage political war against the migrant dumping NGOs.
