I kinda like what we got. Considering she is 18 now, and we are roughly 7 years in "the past" now (Swain has been in power for 7 years in the Katarina comic, this is when she assassinates Jarvan, the mage rebelion is after that, and Swain is a brand new ruler in the Arcane timeline), she will be about 25 when the lore catches back up.
In 7 years she will have time to learn to enjoy herself more and embrace her nature in a healthier way, be more joyful when exploding shit.

But no, we wont get any further gigapsycho Jinx, she will be a redeemed character. My guess is the MMO will take place 7 years after Arcane so any lore we get will be filling that 7 year gap before the story picks back up in the MMO, assuming it releases.
I kinda hate the idea of the MMO, because it means a lot of potential character stories will get tossed for the sake of making cool raid bosses. Like Kayle will just be "order and justice is also bad not just the Void and Darkin btw, here is the 3 stage bossfight"
