i had some lasagna noodles i wasnt going to use so i turned them into chips. I did half with parm, garlic and a bit of ranch seasoning and the other half with just salt and pepper.

first i put the noodles in a long baking dish and poured boiling water over and let sit until soft enough to cut. Then i added cut pieces to a pot to finish cooking. If you have a big enough pot you can skip the first step and cut after fully cooked.
Next i threw them on a cooling rack to dry. they dry very quickly on their own.
Coat them in a bit of oil and spread them out on a baking sheet.
bake 10-15 minutes, remove and season
