I also kept the portrait facing left, because why not, and switched the text around.
Since the consensus is to put the Latin text around the outside (round the outside, round the outside) of the rim, we need something else to go along the bottom of the reverse. Off the top of my head, it could be something like "Embrace your heritage" or "Order - Strength - Honor" etc. in German, but I'm sure we can come up with something better than that.
The place I had the "1 OZ FINE SILVER" on the previous mockup doesn't look good with the revised portrait, so I'll have to keep playing with that. Any ideas with that are obviously welcome.
