Grounded Fantasy I think is what you mean, or plausible fanasy, one where magic follows a kind of logic. Fable fantasy is how I call my prefered setting, were magic is part of it all but without wizards throwing fireballs around (tough they can get summoned fireballs like the bombs from FF to act as one!).
