You should be proud to be casually humiliated by your boss, especially in front of others, and not being able to reply back else you're fired.
You should be proud to receive a shit wage while your "boss" buys yatches every month.
You should be proud to do all that for 10 hours a day every working day and have no time to enjoy life, find a hole to have a family with, or spend time with your kids, because you come back home too tired, and the weekend is too short, but just long enough for you to rebuild your energy for another 5 days of wageslaving.
Either you're a boss or you're a slave, there's no inbetween.
