Uhh my local prefecture does rodent control on the streets. They also do it on single family houses for free (if its a business or a closed community, they have to pay - they can still ask for the service to be done in the street and public spaces around their location for free, which is 90% of the time the origin of their rodent problem). Why doesn't the government at Paris?
