Been reading through Saeko's devlog and the guy mentioned a manga series called "Yapoo the Domesticated Man."
I decided to look up the manga's summary, and, wew. That's pretty extreme stuff. Doesn't seem size related but really hardcore femdom.
Interesting that in that manga the female lead who becomes an enslaver named Clara and the male protag slave is named Rin though.
