No, they retained three F40PH-2Cs and all five MP36PH-3Cs, along with the Bombardier bilevel coaches for use on the San Francisco-Gilroy trains because that section of track won't be electrified for at least a few more years. The remaining F40PH-2s (minus one that's being held for donation to a museum) and all the Gallery Cars were sold to a startup railroad in Lima, Peru.
All of the San Francisco-San Jose trains are KISS EMUs though.
