I mean, a lot but it really depends. We can't say for sure until the story ends. But assuming we start at the same place she's introduced, then Our Fami would still use falling to subdue Death and Fakesaw. She wouldn't eat them but she'd try to reason with Death, and (assuming the king of Terror is Yoru), she'd convince Death and Fakesaw to capture/kill Yoru to stop the prophecy.
So actually nvm as things stand now there'd probably be no difference other than she wouldn't have to eat them
