Fair enough. I don't particularly like polyships myself. Many people today can barely maintain stable relationships as a couple, let alone as a troupe. Adding more people to the mix only creates more problems. The push for Honeybunch from certain parts of the fandom disgusts me to the core, however.
And this gets me to the question in the OP: How can you ruin Loona? You can effectively ruin her character by making Honeybunch canon. That, or shipping her with Gigi and making her the next token "lesbian" for the sake of "representation" just like they did with Mayberry.
