Actually, his Global list is 100% accurate since it pulls from in-game data that was somehow accessed by chinks. He lists it as a source in his old Global list. So, yes, it would include any /bag/gots that had 100s as of a few months ago.

He hasn't updated the Global list in awhile, though.
