This doesn't hold much merit when even ESRB-rated console games are getting banned or censored. And I question the veracity of this when these things have been bought and sold in the US for decades with no issues until SUDDENLY one day the private corporation decided it was illegal or something after all. Fine, if it's really, actually illegal, let Uncle Sam get off his lazy ass and prove it and enforce it himself instead of letting private corporations janny for him for free.
