Society does not forgive often. We rarely forgive ourselves. God forgives. He created the entire universe and all things within it. We're made in his image. Sorry you had such a rough time, that sounds insanely fucked up. Remember though: You're not at fault, you were a little kid in a bad spot. You are not a piece of shit for having bad feelings at those memories. That is completely normal, you'd be weird if you did not Lol.

Just remember the lessons, to make the best of those bad times. Then keep moving on ahead. I'm sure your mom or those people never said sorry for what happened. Not ideal. However "Forgive them not because they deserve it but because you deserve peace."
