I have actually noticed somewhat the same thing on the japanese side, the #ガルクラ hashtag used to be way more active, but now most of hardcore fans have made followers so they just talk about the show and band privately without using the tag, so it only really fires up when theres an event or nari puts out some new art for everyone to cover
