Since last post, couple of training sessions.
Maxed out everything, didn't go well. In fairness it doesnt usually go well for me on max day 1 doing sheiko. Only equaled previous scores. Did 2 interim deload sessions. Then did todays session after shedding some fatigue. Fuck I need to get better at unracking and setup at high%, so much energy is being lost.

after my previous feats I developed something in my knee where in a deep bend theres a sudden sharpish paid and weakness in the front of my kneecap. Been going easy on the legs, light rehab stuff, gonna give it another week.
