I wish I could say I know, but I don't really know. I don't know if it's legal to test new drugs on people, but there's tests going on in colleges and scientific labs to see what is legal and what is not. One medicament here is legal but in the rest of the world seems to be illegal, scopolamine. In the US it's not legal for human use for example!
also fuck, that sounds terrifying. The only types of tests I'd volunteer to would be for esketamine or psilocybin microdosing therapy, to see if it'd cure my chronic depression.
