This parry "change" is retarded and so is anybody pretending like this is a meaningful improvement. The mechanic is just as random, just as scrubby, just as infuriating as always, it just happens less often. So much so that if you think it was indeed an improvement, you're basically admitting that parries being removed outright with no other change or compensation for it would be an even bigger upgrade to the game.
