Couldn't name it, but it's fairly detailed, and can either look like anime, or not... I have many favorites but there are few pieces of art where it actually *strikes* the amount of beautiful detail just right. It's honestly subtle and I can't explain it nor even really demonstrate it rn(AI cannot replicate it for one)
