You close the window with a nod. 15ft of jump height wasn't anything to laugh at. The highest a player in this game could jump was roughly 10 or so feet. Having an extra 50% jump height on top of extra jumps to rocket yourself around was pretty powerful. All the better given the fact you couldn't equip armor. While you did have the defensive values of medium armor, you were ineligible for set bonuses or random bonuses armors might have. Speaking of armors, you open your inventory and equip what little you could from the dungeon. It wasn't much but it seems like this class was going to revolve around you making the best of what you were given.

Checking your friend's list, you note that Serena was still offline. Perhaps she was busy today or she might log in later. Either way, she was off on her own adventures for now. You walk towards the other end of the dock. The ship you were waiting wasn't a nautical one but an air ship. Valford was located in the mountains and the only way to get to it from the island directly was to fly.

Your ship arrives minutes later. It looked like a combination of a blimp and a sailboat. Carried by the balloon, the ship slowly comes to a land in the water. The gangplank is thrown down as the airship's captain announces it's destination. You climb aboard alongside several newbies. They mutter amongst themselves in awe as you all hand in your tickets.

"Wow...this is pretty cool. I've seen airships in regular games before but..."
"Do you think there's a movie on this flight? lol"
"Did you just say lol out loud?"
"Man...I hope air sickness isn't a mechanic in game."

You lean against the railing and wait for the ship to rise once more. There's a slight jolt as the blimp portion starts to pull the rest of the ship out of the water. Butterflies flutter around your stomach at the sudden movement but soon you were flying just bellow the clouds with the sea far below. "Great day for flying isn't it?" You hear a voice say. Turning around, you see the ship's captain making his way towards you.

"Yeah. I guess it is." You reply. "You...uhh make the flight to Valford often?" You ask.

"Aye. As long as I'm paid to do so, I'll fly as often as I can. Of course, I need sleep so there's others taking the same route." The captain says. "But I'm not used to taking nobles. Normally it's adventurers." He adds sizing you up.

"I'm sorry?" You ask confused.

"Noble. Rich person. Land owner. They tend to be the only kind of person eccentric enough to want to take this route." The captain explains. "Never seen an adventurer not have any armor. Even magic users at least try to wear something protective."

>What do you say?
>Say that you're a different kind of adventurer. Not having armor isn't an issue for you.
>Go along with his assumption. Say you're a noble just exploring the world.
>Try to change the subject. Ask him something instead. (What do you ask?)
>Write in.
