The interview actually did surprise me, and generally gave me pre-presidency Bush Jr. vibes (party animal businessman son, probably lower on the 'success' rung, extremely low period before sobriety, etc.) It was definitely interesting basically getting his pure train of thoughts for 3 hours, and his occasional near-identical tone of his father was also a pretty neat notice.

I don't know if he'll genuinely ever get into politics, but if anything I agree that he gives off some vibe that's completely lacking from the more sterile bullshit that the Democrats and the people pushing them have been serving lately. Just look at how Dem politicians immediately started shittalking the interview for being 'foul-mouthed' compared to what the currently dominant Republican Party and candidates (see trump's speeches in vegas in 2011 when he was getting into politics, yes that far back) were doing to get into the spot they're at now. In an era where our backgrounds seem to matter less and less, going from a former drinker in Bush Jr. to a former drug user in Hunter probably isn't totally off the mark.
