Novel is actually very good medium for Exhibitionism story. I don't know about other people but when I read Exhibitionism story, I often self-inserted into a person who doing exposing (instead of someone who is watching it happens from 3rd person Pov) and image how she's thinking and feeling at the moment. That's why a good and detailed narrative is very important for me and novel is great at that.
