I left off a lot of shotas that I didn't feel strongly about or would find it impossible to rank them. South Park boys are prob the best example of impossible to rank because their default character designs are very uninteresting even if I like their personalities and interactions. I put the Mother boys in C tier due to their ugly smash designs too. Sad, would be higher if not for that.
