Indeed especially if you put a power hungry GPU in it, however I would argue you could get away with a smaller form factor if you ditched the graphics card entirely just went with a CPU that has a good enough igpu like a Ryzen 7 5700G which I've actually considered building a PC with those specs (minus the tiny meme case) since I don't really care about modern triple gAAAy slop anyway plus I could then spend more on storage and RAM or just a better display but haven't gotten around to it yet because I'm lazy, lole.
