Seeing conflicting information regarding skipping breakfast. Some say it's key to maintaining a fast to keep insulin low and promote weight loss and others say it taps into burning your muscle for fuel. I was also reading that the bioavalibility of antioxidants in green tea are severely diminished when consumed with food. But the tannins in the matcha can upset your stomach if not consumed with food. This is all frustrating.
My plan is to try to drink matcha first thing in the morning and then eat on my first break which is about 3.5 hours from when I wake up.
