Unlike a certain planet, Penacony stays there when you left it because even if the dreamworld part is fake, the people on it are real. Siobhan, Cecil, Cocona, Lesley Dean and Dafanchy clearly stuck with me even when I didn't like all of them. Is this not average Genshin chapter quality NPC writing?
