Say the wrong thing online, and you’re shadowbanned, deplatformed, maybe blacklisted from jobs — not officially, but through the invisible architecture of “trust and safety.”
Instead of a cop knocking at your door, it’s an algorithm closing doors you never even see.
And here’s the kicker: the multinationals are watching China like hawks. They study the efficiency of that cold surveillance system, copy it, polish it, and repackage it for “free speech” societies. They don’t care who holds the whip — as long as they’re the ones selling the chains.
What does that mean for us? A world where:
Every keystroke is a confession.
Every friend is a data point.
Every dissent is a liability.
It leans this way and that, the whole rotten structure wobbling — threatening to crash us into terrorized imbeciles afraid to raise our heads and speak out least we get cancelled, go down, become homeless, die like one of the 20k a month, like clockwork, like a work camp, full-blown authoritarianism you beg for.
And when you wake from sleep on the middle of the night, it won’t matter whether the boot on your neck has a Party emblem or a corporate logo, will it?
This disastrous dystopian shitstack that passport-less 99% are trapped in — the longer we pretend it’s “just social media,” and inevitable, the worse it'll be and the more cowardly
YOU MOTHER FUCKERS will seem to me. VERY IMPORTANT TO YOU.
