Depends if the targeting from the hand is Operators or allied units. The targeting sounds exactly like Materialist Antagonizer's orbital red damage attack which seems to count Wis'adel revenants, which hits her here (4 allied units) instead of the ranged trio on the left. While Fatty only considers Operators and in a similar situation would be facing the ranged trio if everyone else on ground was removed. I'll do an IS run trying to find him to make sure just in case but if anyone can confirm that'd be great. MA in enemy desc specifies allied units, and Fatty specifies Operators, so should work as such.
