Most of the greco-roman philosophies, such as aristotelian virtue ethics and stoicism produce your desired outcome, but without the jewish backdoor access of "muh isrealites" and the other semitic OT baggage. We also know ancient germanics, celts and other europeans reached similiar conclusions on moral standards without christianity.
To get to the point, my thesis is that its our genetics that produce this "moral" behaviour, NOT our religion/ideology. The concept of "positive" Christianity you espouse was adopted and shaped by european genetic instinct, and not the other way around.

The feminine is not inherently antisocial, just like the masculine is not inherently antisocial. Both can express constructively and destructively. But the big difference is that we've spent the past 2000+ years developing laws to prevent the destruction of capital (physical, cultural, genetic, behavioural, etc) by means of masculine anti-social behavior. Illegality of rape, assault, insult, especially the domestication of warfare and even the nation state itself are perfect examples of how we've curtailed antisocial masculine behaviour. We have not done the same work for the antisocial feminine (undermining, baiting, shaming, bad faith arguments, shit testing, social ostracization, etc), which is why its run so rampantly amok the last few decades.
I'm not a pagan either, btw. More of an agnostic/theist (aka first mover/cause).
