Unfortunately there is no real solid name for this racial-historic grouping. They aren't Caucasians because that happened later.

Western Hunter-Gatherers - Neolithic farmers are more related to green Sahara population than sub Saharan Africans. green Sahara population have much less neanderthal DNA (10 times less) but importantly no unique 'African' DNA.
