Read some good nuggets here about how this will help give you spiritual energy to become your true self and reach your full potential.
I wanted to toss in some experiences so far.
>OCD symptoms going away, I don't obsess as much over germs or carefully washing my hands
>Resentment towards family members going away
>I used to have to calculate every word or action in my head because of overthinking, so situations were tense and nervous. Now I just kind of glide through conversations or tasks without needing to think about every single thing.
>Better resilience to unexpected curveballs. Say a family member needs help with a random task like lifting something heavy or fixing something, or an errand. I don't get as upset as I used to where I feel like they're ruining my day.
>While it comes and goes, generally my energy level is higher. I used to be completely exhausted all the time. Now there's waves of strong energy coming in. But there's still spots where I feel tired.
>One of my fears was running into someone I know at the store because my old normie friends from high school are probably doing well and I'm yet to launch, now I can confidently go in and out without caring what people think about me. And if they're uncomfortable with me being a "loser" or whatever then that's their problem.
The only thing getting me through is prayer (google "Jesus icon" and look at those pictures) and I downloaded a picture of a calendar and mark a big red X on each day in paint. It sounds stupid but I legitimately look forward to marking the X at the end of each night.
Also there's this feeling that I'm doing something crazy that I'm not supposed to. Like I'm some daredevil doing a stunt that 90% of people couldn't do, so it has this excitement to it.
