assuming I didn't fuck up math anywhere, and assuming the same comp of hikarix2+plugsuit oberon, np1 tonelico wins out purely because she can MLB black grail while nero cannot.
nero has level 100 MLB cranking, tonelico level 100 MLB black grail, both are assumed to have the skill CD reduction append(this gives nero an extra +50% ATK and gives tonelico an extra +20% NP damage(well, 40%) and is what lets her 6ce).
they aren't super far apart, though. And in cases of a 90++ node where the event CE has 50% charge attached nero would come out on top.
rather than tacking on the weird and dumb 10% NP charge they probably should've had nero extend her personal NP damage % buff to 3 turns to help her ramp damage on the final wave.
