you have a point but that’s because chapter 2 came out before the real prime of funkin modding, which was 2022 during the weekend wait up until, lets say early-mid 2024 when things finally started to wither. its hard to explain if you didnt see it firsthand but any time something that was remotely popular with the younger fanbase came out with something new, it would be days, sometimes hours or even minutes before a song concept or mod idea dropped. its what caused the “fnf fans make mods out of anything” meme. nothing really went “wrong”, things just lost steam. it happens.
