Fat people identify not being full, with being hungry. Or being bored with being hungry. Or being stressed out with being hungry. All because we have forgotten the feeling of actual hunger.
My fellow fatties, we must go without eating for a day, or two if you can make it. And learn what true hunger feels like again. Will you join me on this mission?
