I don't see him being linked to Tenoch desu. The best way to explain how a baby was found "safe" in a shithole like Mare Jivari is using the phoenix logic alongside a seal/domain. But Mare Jivari's phoenix is associated with the Lavawalker, not Tenoch. Tenoch is linked to the Banukawa and he's also a brown dude, unlike Bennett.
Weirdly enough, these leaks have focused on Banukawa, but Mare Jivari's Phoenix has got no mentions. Enjou does give you the Lavawalker's flower in Mare Jivari though.
